European IPO Pipeline
Official⏱ Weekly digest, Mondays
European IPO news is scattered across three exchanges, regulator filings, and paywalled press — by the time you hear about a deal, the price range is set. This watch monitors Euronext, the LSE, and Deutsche Börse for confirmed filings in your sectors and tells you the moment a range is published.

The prompt
Track new IPO filings and intention-to-float announcements on Euronext, the LSE, and Deutsche Börse. I want deals with an expected market cap above €500M, in tech, industrials, or healthcare only. Must be a confirmed prospectus or ITF, not press rumors. Named cornerstone or anchor investors in the filing are a bonus. Flag the price range the moment it is set.
This is the whole template — the words the wizard analyzes into sources, filters, and a schedule. You review and edit every step before the watch runs.

S&P 500 Dividend Cuts and RaisesOfficial
Every S&P 500 dividend cut, suspension, or 10%+ raise, flagged the day it drops.
Alert me when any S&P 500 company announces a dividend cut, suspension, or a raise above 10%. I hold mostly dividend-growth names — Coca-Cola, JNJ, P&G style — so any change at a company with 10+ years of consecutive raises is a must-flag. A yield jumping above 5% after a price drop is worth noting as a bonus. Ignore special one-off dividends.

Small-Cap Insider Cluster BuysOfficial
Catch $250k+ open-market insider buys in small caps while the Form 4 is still fresh.
Watch SEC Form 4 filings for US small caps between $100M and $2B market cap. I only care about open-market buys: must be at least $250k in a single filing, or three or more insiders buying within two weeks. CEO or CFO participation is a must; director-only clusters matter only above $1M combined. Skip option exercises and 10b5-1 planned purchases entirely.

US Macro Print SurprisesOfficial
CPI, payrolls, and FOMC decisions the moment they print — only when they miss consensus.
Tell me the moment US CPI, core PCE, nonfarm payrolls, or an FOMC rate decision prints, but only ping me when the number misses or beats consensus by a meaningful margin — 0.2pp on the inflation prints, 75k on payrolls, any rate move that wasn't fully priced. Must show consensus and actual side by side. A quick read on how 2-year yields moved in the first 30 minutes is a bonus.
