I'm chasing the six World Marathon Majors. Alert me the moment registration or lottery windows open for Berlin, Chicago, Tokyo, and London, and also watch for ballot result announcement dates. When general entry is closed, flag charity entries with a fundraising minimum under $2,000. I don't care about half marathons, virtual runs, or fun runs attached to the main event.

Watch City of Austin permit and zoning filings within half a mile of the 78704 Bouldin Creek area. I care about demolition permits, new multifamily construction over 3 stories, and any rezoning or variance requests. Bar and late-night liquor permits are also worth flagging. Ignore routine residential remodels under $50k.
