I manage a startup treasury held mostly in USDC and USDT and need an alert whenever either trades more than 0.5% off its dollar peg for over 30 minutes on major venues. Also flag issuer reserve reports with material composition changes and any regulatory action against Circle or Tether. Minor arbitrage wobbles under 0.3% are noise, skip them. A one-line read on likely cause is a bonus.

Must be an official announcement from the team, not influencer speculation or leaks. Include the eligibility criteria and the claim deadline. Testnet-only campaigns are a bonus but low priority, and skip anything requiring a deposit over $500 to qualify.
