Tokyo Deep Value Below Book

Community⏱ Weekly digest, Sundays

Running a Japan value screen means exporting TSE data, converting fiscal years, and re-checking balance sheets every weekend. This watch keeps the screen alive for you — it flags new qualifiers under your book-value and net-cash bar and spots the buyback or governance disclosures that often unlock the value.

The prompt

Screen the Tokyo Stock Exchange for companies trading below 0.7x book value with market caps under ¥100B. Must have net cash on the balance sheet and positive operating income in each of the last three fiscal years. A newly announced buyback, or a TSE cost-of-capital improvement disclosure, is a bonus worth flagging. Exclude banks and insurers.

This is the whole template — the words the wizard analyzes into sources, filters, and a schedule. You review and edit every step before the watch runs.
